Casey Bears support families

Brother Knight Justin Murawski has presented more than 30 bears to the Marquette and Sands Township fire departments as well as the Marquette County Sheriff's Department on behalf of Marquette's Msgr. Nolan McKevitt Council 689 of the Knights of Columbus. Murawski is a volunteer firefighter for Sands Township. Law enforcement and fire department personnel are given bears to be used when responding to incidents with children involved. Supporting families is one of the works of the Knights of Columbus.     That’s a fantastic idea! We were going to get them to give out at baptisms, but this idea is good too. Maybe we can do both. Vivat Jesus from Westland, MI!
